The Flag represents a lot of things red symbolizes the Family, the black represents the party’s power to rule in the country the green represents the base of the country the military and last but certainly not least the sun which represents the whole country. The microntaion was created, out of sheer boredom and longing less for the family to do something you see before the micronation was created there was a family of six the Ferreira family who used to play family game nights because of the pandemic but it was that that stopped it. It went on a second time but the because of “issues” it was postponed and scrapped. Then as 2022 turned to 23 one the grandchildren (both boys) of Joseph and Karen Ferreira, decided they should make a nation for multiple reasons but mostly the family game night thing and thus Rulgaria was created. Rulgaria is split into 29 districts and 4 municipalities. The country is run by a democracy.
Etymology
If you go on Google and search up “What does Rulgaria mean?” You might get a google translation of something from Portuguese to English when translated to English the word rulgaria means rule. Also Rulgaria is not to be confused with the nation of Bulgaria.
History
Rulgaria was created out of sheer boredom the family used to do family game nights during Covid and it stopped because of Covid then it was back on but because of “issues” it stopped. When 22 became 23 one of the grand children (both boys) of Joseph and Karen Ferreira decided to create a nation and thus Rulgaria was born.
Politics and government
The highest part in government is prime minister.

Law is inforced by the Rulgarian National Police or the RNP which in-forces the family’s orders.

The Rulgarian Peoples Army (RPA) has 5 divisions the military, the navy, the coast guard, the Air Force and the Nuclear Weapons Program.

The nation has many ministries like the ministry of war.
Political parties
There are two political parties these are the Rulgarian People’s National Party or the RPNF and the Rulgarian Social Democratic Party.
Foreign relations
Rulgaria is happy to interact with all nations (micro or macro) that aren’t hostile. If they are not friendly and hostile Rulgaria will cut off all trade and embargo them from all trade because of Rulgaria’s zero tolerance policy to actions against there nation.

Trinidad and Tobago is located in the Caribbean so Rulgarians celebrate Carnival.
