officially the republic of houtouwan (english) 后头湾共和国 (Chinese) is a republic made up of islands in the east china sea formed on the 17th march 2024

history- the republic was formed on the 17th march 2024 with the signing of the five secretary's of the free houtouwan council including the head of the council jiékè huò he also assumed the role as president until the elections in April 2024 on the 18th march the republic faced retaliation from the peoples republic of china although it has now been resolved
