the national bank of houtouwan is the only authority allowed to produce banknotes and coins and is headed by the chairman- Jiékè huò and deputy chairman- Lim chock on the 20th April a new series of banknotes began to enter circulation first with the 500J banknote
on the 22nd of April the 200 and 100J banknotes entered circulation
on the 23rd of April the 50J entered circulation
