The Republic of Western Pennsylvania, more commonly known as Frenson, or the RWP is a micronation in Beaver County. Created After the collapse of Frenson, the R.W.P. followed suit with government style and structure. the R.W.P. Had 5 Territories, with the Largest being the Territory of Centgrum, and the smallest being Orvientis. The Government consists of a strong federal government and a strong territorial government. The R.W.P.'s government was built strictly off a fair, liberty-based government. The Federal Government, to pass a vote, had to go through a Council of the Directories (Similar to the Branches of the U.S. Government). Before moving on to Congress, and finally onto the Territorial Council. The government was strictly built for a safe and effective government.

Etymology

The Republic of Western Pennsylvania is formally named based on location, being very close to the Ellicott line. Civically, the R.W.P. was named after its predecessor, The Republic of Frenson.

History

After the Collapse of Frenson in early January 2024, former Frensonian president Joshua Schoedel decided to try and recreate the idea of Frenson by creating a more stable government, to appease the citizens of Frenson, and to protect all foreign alliances. The R.W.P. had a short, boring history, with only minor advances and development.

Politics and government

Diagram of how bills would be passed

The R.W.P. consisted of a 1 party system, with a bicameral legislature, and a Judicial-Executive branch. The Executive branch had the least power of any of the federal directories (Directories being branches of government), with all their power being held by the majority of all the directories. The Legislative branch during the time of existence was not entirely created, however, it consisted of the directories (upper house), and the territories (lower house) to make legislative decisions.

President

The head of government is the president. He has power to execute any laws and amendments passed on by the federal legislature. The president is also the representative of the nation, with foreign meetings and summits being his responsibility.

Legislature

Upper House

The upper house of the legislature is the Directories. Their official name is "Checks and Balances Council" with their main job is to vote on any bills or amendments the president passed through (usually by the lower house).

Lower House

The lower house consisted of all the territories. Their directors are members of a council who can send bills to the president or can vote on/against bills passed both by the Upper House and the President.

Law and order

Insert information about the nation's judicial system and/or law enforcement.

Formerly recognized

You do not need this section unless your micronation previously recognized states that are now defunct. Format this list like the other three above.

Administrative regions

Explain your nation's claim system, and the various types of constituencies your nation may have, for example, the difference between a district and a territory. It is preferred that you do not discuss each constituency in this section. Instead, the names of each constituency in the table should be linked to their own separate articles. You can add and remove columns as you wish, but generally, include fields for the flags (which should be kept small, at most 100px wide (less if more rows listed) and have a border), name, and important fields such as area, population, governor and/or representative (or equivalent position). You do not need to include a column for a seal, flag, or coat of arms for each constituency if it they do not have one.

Geography and climate

This is an example of a picture in your article. Pictures make an article look a lot better, more informative and more interesting. Ideally, images should not be larger than 200 pixels in width.

Use this section to write about the flora, fauna, terrain, climate, weather, and location of your micronation. A good template for listing annual temperature data is {{Weather box}}.

Economy

Insert fiscal information, such as the micronation's exports, imports, and industries. You can briefly discuss the micronation's currency but that should generally be kept in a separate article.

Culture

Insert information about the micronation's holidays, customs, education, spoken languages, arts, the press, and television here.

It is recommended to use the following table for holidays. It should go without saying that the provided holiday is merely an example.

External links

External links are for, well, links to external sites. If you are a new editor, you must have at least five edits to be able to add external links. These can include your nation's official site, citizenship application, and social media links. Links should be added in a bulleted list, for example:
