The Republic Of Vertricht (French: Republique De Vetricht) is a french micronation located in the region of Nouvelle-Aquitaine. The micronation's idealogy is Democracy. The micronation gained independence on the 30th of April 2023. The name of the micronation is pronounced Vert-Rick.

The flag is composed of White, Yellow, Black and Blue.

The meaning of the colors are the following:

-White: Peace

-Yellow: Sunlight

-Black: The People And The Government

-Blue: Democracy Of Vertricht

A day later the micronation would join an alliance called V.E.C.T.O (Vanarian Eastern Coalition Treaty Organisation). However a war with the USR would devolve into the Sabarian Federation banning all LGBTQ+ related actions from their nation. This action would make every VECTO member mad, making everyone leave, including Vetricht, making the alliance collapse.

On July 26th, AMU would be formed. (Alliance of Micronational Unity). The alliance has been dissolved a few months ago in 2023.

Evolution Of The Official Flag

This section will be changed as the micronation ages.

The Republic Of Vertricht's official flag has changed twice in Vertricht's history.

Let's take a look at all the flags;

The following flag on the left is the old flag of the Republic Of Vertricht. Instead of White Yellow Blue the flag was Yellow White Red.

The top right included a red eagle. This was the old coat of arms of the republic, which would later be changed to the one we one, which is placed in the middle of the new flag.

Yellow still signified the Sun, with the cross signifying Blood and Courage.

The flag became a White, Yellow, Blue horizontal tricolor, with Red being removed.

The national flag's color's meaning were changed a little bit with the addition of a new color and the removal of the cross.

White: Peace

Yellow: Sunlight

Blue: Democracy Of Vertricht

The national flag also included the now-unofficial Coat Of Arms of Vertricht in the center of the flag.

UNNA War(s)

UNNA-Vertricht War

The UNNA (United Nazi Nation of Almendria) was a facist micronation that swore to continue the legacy of Almendria despite not being related.

The conflict ended 2 hours after the UNNA made it's presence online because of a joke comment the Republic Of Vertricht said:

"What if we dox you like Almendria did to us?" (we = micronational community).

This made the UNNA surrender to Vertricht. Vertricht decided to make the UNNA a puppet under the name of the "Vertrian Puppet Of Victia" wich comes from the word Victus in Latin signifying "loser".

After its puppetification, Vertricht banned all facist / nazist activities and drug uses in the micronation.

However after 19 hours Vertricht (foolishly) liberated them after they "changed" to a federal republic, reverting back to their old name (United Nazi Nation of Almendria), without the permission of Vertricht.

UNNA-VECTO War

2 days after liberation, UNNA would spread misinformation about the VECTO Alliance (including Vertricht as it used to be a VECTO Member), accusing them of being Neo-Nazi Pedophiles and rapists.

The UNNA would hack into the VECTO discord server, luckily it was nuked with a backup server being made before the war started.

After the UNNA surrendered, they would be dissolved and be carved into 5 different puppet states.

The UNNA was divided by the Republic Of Vertricht. A new puppet state was made replacing Victia: Northern Republic Of Celaria

The flag has a black background with 3 purple stripes and a star in the middle

Black signifies Determination

Purple signifies the Strength Of Vertricht

The star used to signify VECTO. However because of the alliance's collapse, the star now signifies AMU.

After-math

After the war, Vertricht decided to change its province flags again, the reason for this change is because the flags looked too similar to the Vertricht flag wich can be very confusing.

Like last time, these modern flags don't have any meanings.

Aljiastoria-VECTO War

Following VECTO's decisive victory over UNNA, the President of the Sabarian Federation received a message from the leader of Aljiastoria, inviting them to join the VECTO alliance. However, both the President and the Colanese Emperor chose to decline the offer, not seeking further involvement in the alliance.

In response to the rejection, Aljiastoria and the Uwulandian Empire formed an alliance known as the "Furry Alliance" and declared war against all of VECTO. Despite their initial display of aggression, Aljiastoria swiftly surrendered after joining the alliance's server and expressing their dissatisfaction.

As a consequence of their surrender, the territorial boundaries of both Aljiastoria and Uwulandia were redefined. However, VECTO decided to return the territory of Uwulandia to South Korea, disassociating themselves from any affiliation with them.

Amidst these developments, the region also experienced a series of hack attempts, which could be seen as a form of internal strife or civil unrest. These hacking incidents have added complexity to the situation, prompting the federation to take measures to address the security challenges and ensure stability within the region.

After the war, Aljiastoria was carved up, unlike the UNNA, each VECTO member decided to annex

new territories as provinces instead of puppet states.

Vir would become the 6th province of Vertricht.

Vir's flag is a double-color flag in the style of crimea. The president said there was no meaning

behind the flag's Crimean style, and that it looks like that because it's unique.

Border Expansion

13th of July

On the 13th of July, Vetricht expanded it's territory into the parking lot of it's small neighborhood (adress blocked for safety reasons). This expansion of territory also meant 7 new provinces.

Coat Of Arms

January 4th 2024

On January 4th, 2024, Vertricht updated its coat of arms to feature a White-Yellow shield in the center, with 4 arms representing the "Freedom Of The People", and a "Wheat Crown", representing the "Work And Farms Of Vertricht".
