The Republic of Chayanbash, more commonly known as Chayanbash, is a micronation in the United Kingdom and Uzbekistan. It was formed on 6 February 2023 from a desire for independence from the nation's first President, Bakir Jorayev.
The government is spearheaded by the President, who has absolute rule over the executive branch, and his deputy, the Vice President. The legislative branch is led by the Prime Minister and his Parliament, and the judicial branch is led by the High Court of Chayanbash.
Chayanbash is strictly isolationist, unwilling to be involved in micronational wars, which it sees as petty, unrealistic and stupid. Its diplomatic views are a policy called "No love, no hate"; they will not ally with anyone and they will not pre-emptively attack anyone.
Etymology
The name Chayanbash comes from a historical Uzbek town name of the same name.
Government
The government of Chayanbash is managed under an anocracy, meaning it has partial autocratic organisation and partial democratic organisation. It is semi-parliamentary, meaning both the Parliament and its leader are elected by the people, and is a de facto totalitarian dictatorship by way of its autocratic head of state.
President
The President is the supreme ruler of the country, leading the entire government and capable of overriding the Parliament on all decisions except for Order 1A, the order to remove the President; to enact this, the Parliament must have a 90% vote in favour of its enacting and it is permitted to utilise military force (if necessary) to remove the President if they are proving to be unsatisfactory.
Prime Minister
The Prime Minister exacts power over the legislative branch, able to veto bills (though the President and Vice President can re-instate bills) and can be removed from power using Order 1C, a legislative order requiring 80% of the vote to enact, allowing the Parliament to utilise military force (if necessary) to oust an unsatisfactory Prime Minister.
Parliament
The Parliament is the only legislative body in the country, responsible for passing, writing and vetoing bills, and keeping a check on the President, Vice President and Prime Ministers' power.
Political parties
There is only one political party in Chayanbash as of 6 February 2023, the Chayanbash National Party. Parties seeking to become legal and official must register with the Chayanbash Ministry of Justice.

Law and order
Law and order is managed by the Chayanbash Armed Police Service (CAPS). Court cases are handled by either city/district courts (local scale), state courts (on a regional scale) and the High Court of Chayanbash on a national scale.
Military
The armed forces of Chayanbash are the Chayanbash Armed Forces, which consist of a land warfare force, naval warfare force, air force and the Chayanbashi Space Agency, colloquially known as Chacosmos.
Ministries
Under the Constitution of the Republic of Chayanbash, there are 5 ministries established to govern specific fields.
Ministry of State Security
The Ministry of State Security (Uzbek: Давлат хавфсизлик вазирлиги), (Chayanbashi Uzbek: Даулаҳт хавфсизлужк вацирлого) is responsible for internal affairs, security and intelligence/counter-intelligence. It was established on 6 February 2023 under the Constitution as a permanent ministry that only the President may remove with the approval of (90%) of Parliament.
Ministry of Economic Affairs
The Ministry of Economic Affairs (Uzbek: Иқтисодий ишлар вазирлиги), (Chayanbashi Uzbek: Шиқтисўдий дижлияр пвацирлиғи) manages and regulates the economy of the country and is in charge of the Chayanbash Central Bank, which in turn manages the printing of the national currency, the Chayanbashi So'm.
Ministry of Defence
The Ministry of Defence (Uzbek: Мудофаа вазирлиги), (Chayanbashi Uzbek: Шюдўфаҳ вацжиқзниги) is in charge of the Chayanbash Armed Forces, military affairs, discipline, doctrine, training and all related issues. In times of war, the Ministry of Defence can override the Ministry of Diplomacy (with the approval of the President) if needed.
Ministry of Diplomacy
The Ministry of Diplomacy (Uzbek: Дипломатия вазирлиги), (Chayanbashi Uzbek: Диқоматя пвацирлиғи) handles all diplomatic and external affairs on behalf of the Chayanbashi government.
Administrative regions
Administrative regions in Chayanbash are divided into Special Autonomous Regions, for every single one except the capital, Uchqurghon, which has its own constituency division, along with any future Chayanbashi capitals, known as the Capital Special Autonomous Region(s), abbreviated to CSAR.
