Notzeguza I (Born Vuk) is former Tlatoani of Atcolparo and a religious figure in Aztec mythology with, apparently, the ability to talk to the gods. He is well known for developing the Alwati culture and is also a major political figure.
Career
His career began as the 2nd Janissary alongside Oleksii Moru. He, just like Moru, was a major part in taking down the anti-Caliph forces and the Bandits. After the civil war, he was awarded a medal by Mohammod I for his bravery but there is no information on whenever he still has it or not.
When the Caliphate became the Sultanate, he was appointed Tlatoani of Atcolparo and a member of the house of Tharwa-Caen. This is when he became a sort-of prophet for Aztec mythology and also a major Political figure. His title, "Qitoc to Tlaloc" means that he is the personal messenger of Tlaloc, the Aztec god of rain.
On the 4th June 2024 he had to abdicate due to a decision by the Sultan's advisors that there is time limit someone can be Atcolparese Tlatoani. He was then succeded by Notzeguza II Comborum, the Raja of Hisrawik. He has ever since been the elder Tlatoani and continues to be the Qitoc to Tlaloc. When Go-Kōkaku took leadership of the Alwati realms, he organized a coup against Him for undermining the Imperial court and cracking down on non-Farajist religions and the coup was joined also by Moru Muriyoshi. The coup failed and both we demoted in the Alwati government, with Notzeguza's self commanded division being dissolved and integrated with the main Alwati forces.
