The Head of Illustrious House of Lachowicz and Descendant of The Most Noble House of Wabersiczki is a Croatian-British Micronationalist who is the current King of Ibrium since its Independence. Milan became King of Ibrium during its foundation. Milan is also the Lord High General of the General Alliance of European Micronations.
