The Kingdom of Northern Caye is an unrecognized mirconation founded and currently ruled by King Serlo. The kingdom is located on the island of Northern Caye, Belieze, to which it was named after.

History
Founding
The Kingdom of Northern Caye was established on August 17, 2020 after concerns were made about Belize's lack of attention towards the island. Serlo declared independence and declared himself the first king of Northern Caye.
The War of Brotherhood (September 22nd, 2020 - October 7th, 2020)
Pablo, Serlo's brother, believed that he should be king instead of brother and declared war on his brother. Pablo rallied some of the island natives who supported him and established himself as Emperor of the Empire of Southern Caye. They built the city of Pablonia (named after Pablo) south of the island and proclaimed it their capital.
On September 22, 2020, the war began with Southern Caye men destroying shipment boats at Pearl Bay, Northern Caye. These ships were set to ship off pearls and amber to a list of other micronations in attempt to gain alliances. But because Southern Caye destroyed them, Northern Caye was never able to gain alies. On September 24, 2020, Southern Caye attacked Pearl Bay again and took over the city.
On the night of September 28, 2020, and into the morning of September 29, 2020, Serlo sent the Northern Caye Navy to try to take back the city. Not only did they fail but one of their three navy ships were hijacked.
On October 1, 2020, Southern Caye attacked a Northern Caye navy ship and took the second one.
On October 3, 2020, a Northern Caye spy leaked plans to King Serlo that his brother was heading to take the capital. Pablo was planning on using the two hijacked navy ships to enter Costa from the bay off the west side of the city and takeover the Costa Castle. King Serlo devised a plan to stop his brother.
On the night of October 4, 2020, King Serlo used the navy's last ship to battle the two Southern Caye ships a few miles off the coast of Costa. To a miracle, it worked! The last secured navy ship was able to sink BOTH of Southern Caye's ships.
On October 5, 2020, Serlo ordered the entire airforce after Southern Caye. All they had at the time was ten F-15 Fighter Jets, so had to come up with a plan to use them carefully and perfectly. 4 fighter jets (along with the damaged last navy ship) went to Pearl Bay, Northern Caye to take the city back, and 6 fighter jets went to Pablonia, Southern Caye to take their capital and capture Pablo. That evening, Northern Caye took back Pearl Bay and drove Southern Caye forces out of the city.
On the morning of October 6, 2020, Pablo was captured and arrested. The following afternoon, he released a written statement to the world that he was surrendering the war.
On October 7, 2020, Serlo visited Pablo at the military jail he was being held at and got him to sign a surrender agreement. The Empire of Southern Caye was discontinued and the war officially ended.
Government
The Government of the Kingdom of Northern Caye consists of the monarch (king & queen), the national council, and local positions (mayor and city council).
National Government
Monarch
The monarch is at the top position of government. He/she is the leader of the entire kingdom with no election to attempt replacement. The monarch position can only change though family descendants. He/she can propose and pass national laws for the Kingdom of Northern Caye.
Currently, the monarch is King Serlo with no queen.
The monarch resides in the Costa Castle in Costa, Northern Caye.
National Council
The National Council (sometimes just referred as the Council) is the legislative body of Northern Caye. It consist of 8 people and voting for positions take place every two years. Since 2020, the Council has been split, consisting of 4 members from the Sunlight Party and 4 members of the Foundation Party. The next election is set for 2022. They can propose and vote on laws on national laws for the Kingdom of Northern Caye.
The National Council meet up at the National Chamber in Costa, Northern Caye.
Local Government
Mayor
The mayor is the head of a city. He/she can propose and pass local laws exclusively for cities. Voting for positions take place every 4 years with 2 term limit. The next set of elections are set for 2024 for most cities and 2025 for a couple cities.
Local Council
The Local Council is the local legislative body of cities within Northern Caye. They can propose and vote on local laws exclusively for cities. The consisted member count depends on the population of cities and voting for positions take place every two years, with a term limit of 3. The next set of elections are set for 2022 for most cities and 2023 for a couple cities.

On the night of August 17, 2021, The Kingdom of Northern Caye and the 2nd Islamic Republic of Afghanistan agree to an alliance. King Serlo gave his word that Northern Caye would help them take back Afghanistan from Tailban and drive them out of the country.
Enemies
Taliban
During the first ever Independence Day Festival on August 17, 2021, King Serlo took to the stage to officially announced the alliance between the Kingdom of Northern Caye and 2nd Islamic Republic of Afghanistan. During the speech, he announced that he was gonna use military aid to help them fight off Taliban and take back Afghanistan. Hours later that same day (August 18, 2021 at Afghanistan), Taliban released a warning statement to King Serlo, threatening to destroy his kingdom if he gets involved.
Malus
King Serlo has repeatedly described Malus and their ruler to be bad people and has no interest in working with them. The main reason for these comments obviously comes from religious mindsets. Yous see, whereas King Serlo is a Christian and worships God, the ruler of Malus is a Satanist and worships Satan. When asked about these comments, King Serlo described the secret, spiritual dangers of the Satanist religion and the wickedness of Satan himself, saying that he will never help a nation who bows to Satan.
Politics
As of August 2021, The Kingdom of Caye has two established political parties: the right-winged Sunlight Party (SP) and the left-winged Foundation Party (FP).

The Foundation Party (abbreviation: FP) is a left-winged political party in Northern Caye.
Military
The Kingdom of Caye does not have a stongly established military at the moment. They're only branches are the Northern Caye Navy and the Northern Caye Airforce.
Transportation
The Kingdom of Caye has cars, motorcycles, and other motor vehicles people can use to travel around the country. At select parts of the island, a government ran boat transportation service called Northern Caye SeaRides can be used to transport people from one side of the island to the other with a small fee. For international travel, airplanes and jets can be used for a decent price (depending on area of interest).
Culture
The Kingdom of Northern Caye's culture is mostly known for it's nightlife style, with party clubs and casinos as a big part of cities within the nation. People are love to stay up late, drink some Fruity Vodca (the most popular beverage in Northern Caye), and party with friends. Some of the daring people will even put tons of their plano on the line for some gambling.
Perhaps the most popular pastime in Northern Caye is watching sports, particularly football (also known as soccer).
Christianity is the most popular religion in Northern Caye, so Sunday church is a big part of life for most. Christmas and Easter are the most popular religious holidays in Northern Caye.
The biggest day of the year is Independence Day (sometimes referred to as Independence "Caye"). Every year, the monarch holds a special festival at the capital that includes a parade, music, and a speech from the monarch.
