Kamerio, formely the Republic of Fatioahes, was a micronation in Istanbul, Turkey.

The micronation is a unitary presidential republic. It was founded in May, 23rd, 2012, under a regime called "The Kamloops of Fatih" which collapsed after May 26th, 2012. The micronation owns Fatih, as well as some land within a border established in 2012.

Due to the Fatio-Turkish agreement, the republic collapsed in August, 6th, 2021.

History

The micronation was formed in May 23rd, 2012. The regime, known as the Kamloops of Fatih, gained land of Fatih, and claims around 462,000 people have born with a Kamerion citizenship, although no sources have been used to say that Kamerio had citizenship requests.

Fatio-Turkish War

In June 4th, of 2016, The Turkish Armed Forces declared war on the Fatihese. Immediately after, the micronation was invaded peacefully with 0 casualties, and the armed forces later pushed through left and right. The Turkish Armed Forces later concluded the war in December 2nd, 2016, with a peace treaty signed. The treaty had these 5 bars to be signed by the Fatihese.

1. Give the Fatihese Territory back to Turkey, or atleast consider/pretend the Fatihese Territory to be Turkish, as it was before.

2. Never raise the Fatihese flag execpt only at meetings of the U.N., N.A.T.O. or E.U, at football and basketball matches and parades.

3. Become a autonomous territory of the Republic of Turkey.

4. Shut down the government in August 2021, whatever day you like it to be.

5. Allow the flag to continue existing, but still meet by the 2nd bar.

The Fatihese agreed and signed the agreement, ending the Fatio-Turkish War. The result was a military stalemate. It lasted from June 6 to December 2nd, 2016.

Founding

It's unknown who made the Republic of Kamerio, formerly Republic of Faitoahes, however the last president of Kamerio was Elber Kamer Yaprak, a person born in Fatih, Istanbul, Turkey.

Culture

The culture of Kamerio was ordinary Turkish culture.

Holidays

Kamerio never had holidays, or any celebrations.

Legislature

Kamerio was split into 2 chambers, House of Faitoahes, and the House of Representatives.

It's unknown as how the 2 houses worked.

Cuisine

The unofficial cuisine of Kamerio was standard, Turkish cuisine. However, the adopted cuisine was traditional-style Polish cuisine, despite Kamerio was in Turkey, and not Poland.

Geography of Kamerio

The geography of Kamerio was the modern-land of Fatih, a district of Istanbul Province, Turkey.

Coat of arms

In May 23rd, 2012, a coat of arms was adopted by the government.

Design

The coat of arms had a shield comprising a white crescent, symbolizing the Turks in Fatih, the blue represents the blue skies, and the coat of arms has a blue crown on top of the blue shield, which symbolizes the monarchist governments of most micronations.

The coat of arms was used until August, 2021, which was the end of Kamerio.
