The Kingdom of Ƿynnbury, or Wynnbury for short, is a micronation in New Hampshire, United States. It borders the state of New Hampshire on all sides in the entire Aquila sector. It was founded on November 15th, 2023, as a Wynnburian Monarchy and Constitutional Monarchy with D. McCabe as king and M. Stahlhood as the Elite Guardsman. Ƿynnbury created the idea of a Wynnburian Monarchy.
Etymology
They name of the Kingdom of Ƿynnbury comes from the old English letter Ƿ or wynn. Bury comes from burh, which is an Anglo-Saxon word for a stronghold or fortress. The king most likely chose this name because of his Anglo-Saxon descent.
History
2022
- In early 2022 a micronation named the Kingdom of Belgium was started as a joke. It suddenly disappeared in mid 2022. However, it's existence would be a major event that would lead to the creation of Ƿynnbury.
2023
April
- When the king went to England in April 2023, he had an idea of starting a fortress micronation and then an ocean micronation.
October-November
- In October 2023, the Kingdom of Ƿynnbury started but shut down at the end of the day because it was not prepared well enough.
- On November 15, 2023, it was founded officially. The day after, the nation got 10 citizens.
2024
April
- Ƿynnbury suddenly became more active in the month of April.
- On April 30th, 2024, parliament passed the Military Expansion Act to increase the size of the military.
May
- On May 7th, 2024, the king posted on the r/Micronations subreddit that they are preparing for war with the Commonwealth of Faltree.
- On May 13th, the king posted that the planned invasion would be called off, but later posted the next morning that they were kidding, and that the invasion would happen on June 22nd, 2024.
- On the same day, the Commonwealth of Faltree posted that the Kingdom of Ƿynnbury is a belligerent of fascists. This is because the kingdom recognized the Roscami Federation for a time. The king quickly removed the Roscami Federation from recognition.

Government
The head of the government is the King, who works with the Elite Guardsman to manage the military and homeland defense and works with parliament to get votes from the people for major decisions. Second in command to the king is the Elite Guardsman, who acts as an assistant to the king. The legislature is the parliament which works with the king to make laws and important decisions. Parliament is made up of the Armorist, a Parliamentary Official, the Elite Guardsman, the Admiral, and the King. As of May 13th, 2024, parliament has passed 1 act.
Military
Ƿynnbury's military is primarily used for defending the nation or for attacking another when war is declared. Although it is an outdated idea, the king leads the military into battle and stays with the Äkƿa Ūnä while the Elite Guardsman commands the lieutenants of the Thezashuetzan. As of May 14th, the Military Expansion Act is in effect. By June 22nd, the government expects at least 15 people in the Thezashuetzan.

The Äkƿa Ūnä
The Äkƿa Ūnä is a special forces and naval infantry that is under the king's direct command. The Äkƿa Ūnä's role in combat is to do the first wave of an invasion through rivers or coasts and to transport Thezashuetzan units. It is made up of 6 people. As of May 8th, 2024, there is one member in the Äkƿa Ūnä. The Äkƿa Ūnä's name means "Army of the Sea" in Wynn. They're heavily inspired by the Cetan naval infantry branch, the Exercitus Maris, in the Roblox game CENTAURA.

Altair
Altair is the capital of Ƿynnbury. It is in a forest with rock walls and palisades marking the borders of the village, along with 4 watch zones, making it the most heavily defended. The village has an enclave territory by a lake. The lake is primarily used for training the Äkƿa Ūnä. It is named after the brightest star in the Aquila constellation.
Alshain
Alshain is a village currently under development that will manufacture weaponry and supplies for the military. It is the first village other than the capital. It's location is in Farmington, NH to supply watch zones Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, and Delta. Its name is the name for Beta Aquilae, another star in the Aquila constellation.
Port Tarazed
Port Tarazed is a proposed port for logistics and defense. It is planned to be an artificial island near the mouth of the Piscataqua River.
Tarazed Bastions
Bastion Delta
Bastion Δ is going to be the first bastion at Port Tarazed. It will have a small barracks room on the first floor and battlements on the roof.
Bastion Epsilon
Bastion Εpsilon is going to be the second bastion at Port Tarazed. It contains a DFAC (Dining Facility), a small storage compartment, and battlements on the roof.
