Personal Life

Julius Döring Anui grew up as Julius Döring in Berlin, Germany. He completed his Abitur degree there in 2017 and thereafter began studying Sports Management. Since then, he has also engaged with philosophical topics related to societal development, the goal of human existence and political influences on these two subjects. In this context, he founded the Lou Movement in 2019 and the associated micronation Louland, along with the governing organization Loulanu Uhaili (LU). The focus is primarily on an ideally and coherently logically functioning society, mutual tolerance in the sense of human existence, and simplified language. To this, he introduced the Loulish language, which shapes the micronation. In accordance with the naming regulations for citizens ofLouland, he has been known as Julius Döring Anui since 2020.

Since 2022, he has been living in the German city Kiel.

Political career

Role in Louland

Julius Döring Anui is the founder and CEO of Loulanu Uhaili (LU), the governing organisation of Louland. The Loulish constitution stipulates that the company's bodies form the government of the country. This is why his political career is deeply intertwined with the establishment and governance of Louland, as their CEO is always intended as to be the president of the country.

The origins of Louland go back to 2005 when Anui started rethinking nation concepts while only aged 5. His plan earlier named Luisland, which later in 2019 officially transformed into Louland, when the Lou Principle release took over the idea of the micronation.

Political background

Döring Anui started his political career as a member of the left-oriented German satirical party Die PARTEI in 2018. He later resigned his membership in 2021. During this time, he has spent a lot of time building fair society concepts that both operate appropriately digitally and solve the refugee crisis, which is becoming increasingly important in his home country of Germany. Therefore he promoted the idea of "Refugee Nation" by Jason Buzi.

In 2019 Döring Anui launched his first draft of the Lou Principle that mainly tried to answer the question of the meaning of life. The principle posits that human existence serves a higher purpose within the cosmic system, with everything having a function contributing to a greater whole. Central to this is his Principle of Disunity, highlighting a naturally important diversity in humans that prevents total unanimity and ensuring balanced progress. Regarding to the principle the totality of humanity can never be united in one characteristic or agree on one same opinion, so that Earth's balance, evolution and cosmic stability can be guaranteed. Humans may act as a destructive force like viruses in an organism, necessary for the planet's regulation and renewal. Individual ways of life and values must therefore never be devalued, since they are to be seen as entirely natural to pursue the meaning of humanity in the greater good.

Anui developed the Lou Principle as philosophical framework that can also lead stable political systems. In 2019 he combined his ideas with the idea of the micronation of Louland, where Louism plays the central role within the constitution. Values, rules and progress should be established and implemented according to the principle.

Since 2023, he has repeatedly positioned himself publicly as a defender of right-wing political parties. He later declared that he would place himself politically in the center to always validate statements from the left and the right since the Lou principle classifies both as natural and normal manifestations. His Lou principle-based politics in Louland cannot be classified as politically left or right either, as it serves ideas of both concepts.
