The Federated States of Gladislavia, more commonly known as Gladislavia, is a micronation in England. Gladislavia is currently led by President Leo Harris, and is under the control of the Progressive Liberation Party of Gladislavia. The nation is a federal republic under a social democracy, and was established 26th Februrary, 2022.

As of December 2022, Gladislavia currently holds no formal relations with other micronations or macronations.

History

Politics and government

Gladislavia is currently a federal republic, where the 5 states are governed by elected representatives from their respective areas. The President holds absolute power over all states of the nation, states are given their own level of autonomy under their representative. The current party in control is the Progressive Liberation Party, there is no current standing opposition politically. Fascist and Communist groups and parties are banned in Gladislavia. The FR Gladislavia prides itself on being a self-sufficient, independent, self-sustaining state.

Law and order

The National Police Force of Gladislavia is the state-run, state-owned organisation assigned with the protection of Gladislavian urban areas and are responsible for maintaining public order among Gladislavians. The organisation was officially formed as of 6th December 2022, with President L. Harris as the officer-in-chief. As of December 2022, no terrorist attacks have occurred in Gladislavia.

Military

There is no current standing military within the FR Gladislavia. However, when a rise in population and growth occurs, a military may be within the nation's best interests, according to the President.

Only currently accepted currencies in Gladislavia are Gladislavian Kriss (GKR) and British Pound Sterling (GBP). One GBP currently equals 5 Gladislavian Kriss.
