Etymology

The name "Amaria" means "Love" in Portuguese, which symbolises Amaria's passion and support for its allies and peers

History

Amaria was founded officially on the 2nd of January 2023, however before Amaria was Rojunland, which was founded in May of 2018, Amarian history is quite hard to explain, but, in basics, Amaria was declared independent, it created a YouTube channel and a website, it begins making alliances with other nations, it joins the UMC, it declares war on Abrenistan, Amaria increases its military strength, and then the present day.

Politics and government

Amaria is a hybrid of different governments, including Illiberal, Libertarian, Authoritarian, Empire and Feudalism

Early government

Amaria had 2 previous government systems, an Illiberal Republic similar to Strata, and a Libertarian Utopia

{Emperor}

The Emperor is currently Emperor Adam I, the Emperor has a few regulations of power set in place by the National Parliament, but other than those few regulations, the Emperor is essentially a full level Autocrat, but he doesn't like to abuse his power too much and normally grants Amarian people a good amount of rights, including (but not limited to) Press, Privacy, Free Speech, Private Business and Conservation of Wealth

There is only 1 Highest Minister, who is also the President of the Ottinian Republic.

{National Parliament & Local Councils}

The National Parliament is the higher house of Amaria, having about 6 Representatives from 4 Regions, the National Parliament overviews laws on a national level, meaning no local regions or areas are allowed to outvote anything decided by the National Parliament without proper reason, and there are too many Local Councils to name, but most have about 3 Delegates and 1 Administrator.

Political parties

There are 6 parties in Amaria, the Workers of Amaria, Amarian Imperial Party (currently governing), Amarian Party of Liberals, Amarian People's Party, Fascist Party of Amaria and the Red Lightning (a strasserist party)..

Law and order

Laws on a national level are decided only by the Emperor or the National Parliament, however the delegates for Local Councils can choose laws that exist for that region, for example, the Local Council of Centradonica banned Vaping, and the ANP (Amarian National Police) enforces any laws passed by the Emperor, National Parliament or Local Councils, and, also, there is no clearly defined legal structure for Amaria, but its really whatever the National Parliament or the Emperor says.

Military

The Amarian Military is divided into 7 branches, the Amarian Ground Defence Forces, the Imperial Air Force of Amaria, the Amarian Imperial Navy, the Imperial Agency of Amaria, the Amarian National Police, the Red Berets and the Amarian Winter Battalions, Amaria's Military is structured in a way similar to that of the United Kingdom's, the Amarian Military consists of the following ranks: General, Brigadier, Colonel, Higher Major, Lower Major, Captain, Higher Lieutenant, Lower Lieutenant, Accompanant Officer, Sergeant Major, Tactical Unit, Sergeant, Lanced Corporal, Corporal and Private, the Amarian military is commonly equipped with M416 Assault Rifles, Wz.31 Helmets and Standard Issue Camo Vests, however different branches use different equipment, and Amaria has only fought 4 conflicts ever, most during the times of Rojunland, those were the: Rojunese War of Independence, Rojunese Civil War and Rojunese clash with gangsters along the River Clyde, modern day Amaria is currently fighting one war against Abrenistan.

Ministries

Amaria has many different ministries, including the Ministry of Defence (manages the military and national defence), Ministry of Law (manages law enforcement and approves laws) Ministry of Industry and Agriculture (manages the nations industries, corporations and agricultural sectors), Ministry of Relations (manages international relations and diplomacy) and the Ministry of Education (manages school and youth education)

Foreign relations

Amaria's foreign relations is largely decided by the Ministry of Relations or the Ministry of Defence, but The Emperor himself also has a good part in diplomacy, and has himself organised many alliances with other nations, including Vesnela, Strata, Ottinia, Pine River and the Oakian Union.

Geography and climate

Due to it's small size, Amaria doesn't have much unique to it's geography or climate, but it does have the following.

Seasons: January - Late April (You are going to freeze your ass off) Early May - Mid August (A frying pan, one that is way too rainy) Late August - Early November (p e r f e ct) Mid November - New Years (ok back to being cold) aaaaaand repeat

Geography: Northern Caronica is actually quite forested. The Abode Grassland is the flattest region in Amaria, like seriously most of it is just a straight line of grass. Destria is the most urbanised area, with shops, roads and people lining the pavements everywhere. The Mainland is a hotpot of forested, suburban and r o c k.

Economy

Amaria's GDP isn't much, but it is somewhere about up to £5,000 or 900,000,000,000,000 Shtrak ( i n f l a t i o n ), Amaria's primary exports are Apple Kola, Comics, YouTube Content & Stationary, the currencies valid in Amaria are the Pound Sterling, US Dollar, Amarian Shtrak, Japanese Yen, Australian Dollar, Czech Koruna and Polish Zloty, the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Industry and Agriculture manage the nation's economy.

Culture

Amarian culture is, unique, to say the least, Amarian TV is mostly just YouTube, however in Amaria a unique series known as "Rise of the Warriors" is produced in the form of writings and comics, Amarian education is also very unique, as the Empire of Amaria teaches Countryballs and Meme culture quite commonly, and many students are destined for a degree in History, Amarian cuisine is also quite good, including Apple Kola, Kookie Kakes and Koswing Amarian Ramen.

Holidays

literally the only holiday in amaria is the same celebrated in the UK and USA LMFAO

The Empire is currently engaged in a total war with the 3rd Abrenistan Colonies, and could potentially end up at war with either the Republic of Gretigo or the Republic of Commizaria.

Amaria has 4 official languages, English, Scots, Scots Gaelic and Pilvit.

The flag of Amaria consists of a black or dark grey triangle in the top right, and a red triangle in the bottom left, with a white line separating the two sides.

Amaria has its own unique cuisine, such as Apple Kola, Kookie Kakes and Empire Tiser.

Amaria has several political parties, including the Workers of Amaria, Amarian Imperial Party (head party) and the Amarian Party of Illiberals.

In Amaria being a Furry is punishable by a several hundred pound fine, or a several day sentence in the Imperial Rehabilitation Ward (or in other words, prison)

Amaria's territory is divided into 4 main areas, the Mainland, the Abode Grasslands, Caronica and Destria (both of which are colonies) and the Mainland has different provinces within, including Soria, Centradonica, New Terra, New Arstotkza and the Capital District.

The National Anthem of Amaria is officially "Land of Hope and Glory", but Amaria has made its own, folk, war and patriotic songs, examples include "Klae Des Fue", "Don't Tell Mum I'm in Abrenistan" and "Red Cherry Tree by the Sea".

The old form of Amaria, called Rojunland actually still exists today, but in the form of an online Micronation instead of in real life.
