Early life
Edwyn Parker was born in Cardiff, Wales on 21 November 2009 and is the youngest of four siblings having two sisters and one brother, he attended the same primary school as the President-Prince of Paxia Luke Berry.
Gaining of positions and powers
On 7 June 2024 Edwyn Parker was officially sworn into the position of Vice President of Paxia alongside the hereditary personal titles of Duke of Arson and Duke Parker by President-Price Luke.
The title Vice President comes with various powers that can be utilized, the title comes with absolute power over all citizens of the nation excluding the only three exceptions, these being the two titles above Vice President being the President-Prince Luke and Heir to the throne Khalisi with the other exception being anyone and anything that has been specifically dismissed as immune directly by Luke or Khalisi.
The title of Duke of Arson and Duke Parker are hereditary titles to be past down in the dynasty, neither title has any specific rules other than following Absolute primogeniture however the title Duke Parker may only stay within the Parker Dynasty itself with anyone who has not been born with the surname Parker being exempt from ever gaining or holding the title itself regardless on if they choose to change there surname by law.
