Luke Berry is the President-Prince of Paxia and former President of the Republic of Paxia.

Early life, family and pets
Luke was born on 31 March 2010 to David Berry and Rachel Berry (now Rachel Vodden) as the second child of three with and elder sibling Thomas Berry born 2008 and later on a younger sibling Phoebe Berry born 2012 and lived in his current home at 7 Castle Avenue where he gained through many sources a liking towards art specifically animation as he had always wanted to be involved in animation in some way witch led him down many paths of art eventually discovering cartography, the act of map making where the idea of micronation came to him and he decided to create one.
Luke has had three major pets across his lifetime including,
Smudge (2005-2022), a half dachshund half unidentifiable breed that was adopted into the Berry family around 2005 and was put down due to a mixture of old age and rectal issues on the 12th of January 2022 around 17.
Khalisi is a Siberian husky adopted by the Berry family around 2015 and a cat named Pixie.
History in Paxia
1st founding (2020)
The Republic of Paxia was founded on 1 January 2020 by Luke as a simple passion project although it would become abandoned soon after its founding as personal life in school and family led him to forget it.
In this stage it did not have much information about it as Luke did not want to put ant personal information out on the internet for anyone to see although he as out grown this.
2nd founding (2024)
On 28 March 2024 Luke rediscovered Paxia and decided too make it new and better found the current Presidential Principality of Paxia to replace the Republic he had abandoned, this newer nation gave him the title of Prince of Paxia and a new royal dynasty the Paxasian Berry Dynasty.
