The Department of Energy and Climate Change is a department in the Skovajan government in charge of limiting Skovaji's CO2 emmisions and promoting renewable energy. Although the department's name would suggest that it deals with energy as well, most of this is actually done by private companies, and monitered by the autonomus Office of Gas and Electricity Markets.
