The Department For Commonwealth Affairs is the Department of the Ministry of Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land Affairs that is the central body which has served the Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land since its establishment in 2010 is the main intergovernmental agency and central institution of the Commonwealth of Marie Byrd Land. It is responsible for facilitating co-operation between members; organising meetings, including The Great Council of Commonwealth Prime Ministers assisting and advising on policy development; and providing assistance to countries in implementing the decisions and policies of the Commonwealth.
