Muftania, formally known as The Democratic Republic Of Muftania, is a self-declared de facto sovereign state, also known as a Micronation. Muftania is located in Aurora, Colorado. A municipality of Denver. it was founded on October 13, 2018, but declared independence on April 12, 2021.
Muftania was named after a Somali word. The whole population of Muftania is Muslim. Although we are all Muslim, we still have freedom of religion stated in the constitution. Discrimination is not tolerated in Muftania.
History
Muftania is a land rich of history. The first known declaration in Muftania was in 2018. Muftania's remember this day with glory and joy. Muftania had it's humble beginnings. It started off as a small three bedroom apartment. Turning into a 4 bedroom house with a spacious backyard which flies it's mighty flag.
Muftania started to begin changes in wanting freedom from the US in late 2019–2020. The revolutions began which is now a holiday. December 29, 2020. The bloody-less revolution had 0 casualties 0 injuries. Muftanian's around the world remember this day.
Independence from the United States
On April 12, 2021, the President for life, Abdullahi Adan, declared independence from the United States of America. This day was a happy day for muftania and it's citizens as they had freedom from the blood curling United States.
Muftania does not involve in anything America does. We build strong ties with the Micronational community.

Military
The Muftanian Military, formally known as The Muftanian Armed Forces, consisting of four branches. The Army, Navy, Air force and, Special Forces.
The minimum age to join the Muftanian Armed Forces is 13 (Internationally), Locally 18. Requirements to join, be fit, be a citizen, have no criminal history, must have a mental evaluation, must learn gun basics.
