The Delphian Neutral Zone was created after the 2nd Great Delphian War. It was a buffer state dividing the Imperial Empire of Sondonesia and the Bordurian Empire from the Fascist Seldavia Reich.
Overview
The Neutral Zone consisted of the former Delphian states of Lakewood, Ivy, and Elkhart. The area was politically neutral during it's existence but had a heavy presence of Seldavian authorities due to perceived guerilla activity. Border checkpoints were set up by Seldavian authorities in an attempt to quell this guerilla activity and vet anyone passing between nations. The Delphian Neutral Zone dissolved after being taken back by the Federal States of Delphia after the declaration of independence on April 26, 2020.
