PREAMBLE:

WE THE ELECTED PEOPLE’S OF THIS FREE AND UNITED REPUBLIC OF THE INDEPENDENT FEDERAL REPUBLIC OF THE ARSTOTZKAN UNION - hereby under good faith and under the rule of Arstotzkan Law and in accordance with International Law, do hereby renege and withdraw any rights for the “independent” nation of Grayson County and to enter any form of diplomatic negotiations of independent sovereignty over supposed claimed land.

TERMS IN THE FIRST:

Their “sovereign” territory is nothing more than an act of attempting to enter hostile terms with our nation. The Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union wishes not to enter any form of conflict with the nation whether it be with a recognized or unrecognized nation.

The Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union shall not enter into any diplomatic or any negotiations for any matter regarding the independence or illegitimate sovereignty of Grayson Country.

TERMS IN THE SECOND:

The elected members of the Executive Committee of the Office of the Presidency and the representatives of all Arstotzkan People’s in the Executive Branch will make the term that the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union shall consider and will execute under the terms of Article 10, Article 12 and Article 31 of the Constitution of the Arstotzkan Union, that the areas claimed as independent from our nation are and will still be considered completely sovereign Arstotzkan territory and shall remain under the powers of this government.

TERMS IN THE THIRD:

The Right Honourable First President Kommandant (of the AUDF) Ethan Brinkman, Right Honourable Second President General Peter Geyde and Right Honourable Vice President Lieutenant General Zion Orsmby hereby make the following term that the Arstotzkan Union Defense Forces shall not be used in any situation that may harm, threaten or ensure the death of any individual in both the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union and the “independent” nations. The aforementioned Leader do also make the term that no conflict or war shall be started by the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union against Grayson Country.

Any act of aggression towards our sovereign and free nation will be met with force by the Arstotzkan Union Defense Forces on the grounds of protection of the innocent peoples of the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union. The Arstotzkan Union Defense Force will not stop until the threat is eliminated and peace is ensured.

TERMS IN THE FORTH:

The Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union shall ensure that all necessary measures are taken to ensure that the national security of this republic is protected and safeguarded as well as the protection of all citizens of this nation. We will not, under any circumstances, all for the terms of self-government of Grayson Country and that the nation accept Arstotzkan rule and law.

FINAL STATEMENT:

It is the wish of every individual of this government that the members of this “illegitimate” independence campaign surrender to the fair rule of Arstotzkan Law and renege on their claimed sovereignty. We wish that every man, joined in this “rebellion” surrender without fight nor bloodshed and that the Independent Federal Republic of the Arstotzkan Union be allowed to continue to exercise all means for the continuation of peace and security for all micronations in the New Zealand islands and that we can come to a united agreement on the basis of the continuation of peace, freedom and democracy in all capacities.

Grayson Country announced on May 9 that it would not accepted the terms of the declaration and continue to remove itself from the Arstotzkan Union
