Declaration of Establishment (Arlandica)
The Declaration of Establishment, formally the Declaration of Establishment of the Micronation of Arland, was proclaimed on 20 April 2020 by Jerold I, its current monarch. It declared the establishment of a micronation in Davao City, Philippines, now known as the Kingdom of Arlandica. It is a key document that founded the existence of Arlandica as a micronation. The date on which it was signed is celebrated annually as the National day in Arlandica along with the founder's birthday.

This declaration announces the establishment of Arlandica under the name: Federal Democratic Republic of Arland (FDRA); it gives information on nation's national symbols, defined territory and its government system. However, FDRA is supposed to be federal, but it is dictatorship in practice, with Jerold I as the dictator until December 2020, when he created the Arlandican monarchy and declared himself the monarch.
The Document
The declaration of establishment was originally written in English, consisting of only one paragraph. It was authored by Jerold I, the current king and founder of Arlandica. While the hard copy of this document is currently lost, efforts have been made to retrieve it. However, a soft copy of the declaration is preserved.
Legacy
This document plays an important role in establishing Arlandica's existence as a micronation. Following the ratification of this document, the Basic Law, the country's first constitution, came into effect, and then the Basic Law was succeeded by the current constitution, which serves as the supreme law of the country.
