David Powell is the founder, creator, and Provisional President of the Federated States of Antarctica. He also serves as founder and General Secretary of the Communist Party of Alyeska.
Political beliefs
Powell is registered as a Democrat in the U.S. state of Alaska. He was a bitter critic of U.S. President George W. Bush and believes that the War in Iraq is the most flawed, failed, and possibly criminal foreign policy in U.S. history. Powell supported Barack Obama during the U.S. presidential campaign of 2008.
Powell is the founder of the Communist Party of Alyeska.
