Early life

Daniel Welles was born in Connecticut, the son of Daniel Welles, Sr. and Hannah Gruber Welles. He attended local schools in Greenwich and moved to North Carolina, where he met the future King of Roanoke. The two met in 2017 and have been friends since.

Roanoke

When the Kingdom of Roanoke was established, Welles joined on as the head of the Royal Navy and was named the Chief of Naval Staff. He continues to command the RRN.

Welles was named as the acting Prime Minister upon the resignation of PM Sir Aaron Green. On 1 September 2020, Welles was named as the permanent office holder.

On 6 January 2021, His Majesty fired Welles to prevent a coup that was being orchestrated by the Prime Minister and several military leaders. Welles was stripped of his titles and honours and was banished from the Kingdom.
