The Covid-19 Response and Public Health Safety Act 2021 was an article of legislation relating to the powers of the Arstotzkan Federal Government in its response to the Covid-19 Pandemic in the Arstotzkan Union. The Act has been used on several occasions, mainly during the time of the February - March 2022 Outbreak of Covid-19 in the territories. However, with the Pandemic believing to be coming to an end the Federal Government, especially the First President have begun questioning the use of anymore restrictions in the nation and are beginning plans to repeal the Act.
On May 11, 2022, the Federal Assembly, acting under the orders of the First President repealed the act. However Article 11 was kept as the Arstotzkan Union holds a strong anti-misinformation stance. Article 11 was moved to the Civil Protection Act 2021.
