The Constitution State (German: Staatsverfassung, Other name : The Constitution of the Elbonia) is the constitution of the State of Elbonia.

The constitution was approved in the Berg on 24 June 2021 and signed by Minister State Georg and the Deputy Minister State Markus as a form of Directorial Government whether it is on the 3 Basics of the State Legislative, Executive and Judiciary. In the constitution, there is a Unicameral in one Legislature and only the Lower House is part of the legislature of the Elbonian Parliament. The Legislature is held by Deputy Minister State, it be as President of Assembly too in Elbonian Parliament.

The Constitution adopts several sheets whichare almost the same Rules and Government as the Kingdom of Maximilian. In the Preamble, the Constitution was literally part of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Maximilian, but generally isn't part of the Constitution (Maximilian), it just some same sheets those Constitutions.
