The Confederate States Congress is the bicameral legislature of the Confederate States - it consists of two houses: the House of Representatives and the Senate. The Congress meet on various online venues and mostly in a manner separate from the other house. Rarely do they convene together. The senators are chosen via appointment by the State legislature from which that senator hails. Representatives are chosen through direct election.
