Congress of the Communist Party of Montimont

The Congress of the Communist Party of Montimont was the meeting of the delegates of the Communist Party of Montimont. According to the statutes of the Party, it was the supreme authority at the head of the whole structure of the Communist Party.

Principles

The principle of the congress was to reaffirm the guiding line of the party, which controlled the Communist Republic of Montimont, the organs of the State are inferior to those of the party.

Between two congresses, the direction was provided by the Central Committee, including the politburo. In fact, given the consequent delay between two congresses and the pre-eminence of the central committee, the congress has become almost ceremonial, ratifying de facto decisions. The frequency of meetings is once a year.
