The Politburo, in long form Politburo of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Montimont is the first council of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Montimont (CPM) which defined its guideline, and determined the policies followed by the Communist Republic of Montimont. Founded in 2022 upon independence as a governing body.
The authority of the Politburo overlapped with that of the official Communist Republic of Montimont government. The position of Secretary General of the Central Committee, responsible for coordinating the activities of the Politburo, was created in 2022, its first holder being Alexandre Cherbinat.
