CSOT, or the Cometian Society of Territory is led by the King or Queen of Comet. This is the part of Comet that documents territories, names the territories, and chooses the size of the territory. The CSOT is very small consiting of only 3-5 people. The king or queen, the co-king or co-queen, and the Head of Council. The CSOT is very important to the Free Monarchy of Comet.
