Charles II Drummond was the third Prince of Laskaridia and the first non-srahanian holder of the title. He was a part of the House of Drummond which were the clerks and religious officers of the Shahanian emperors, he was born in 1999.
Ruisseauan Civil War
He served as Governor of Lumiere on the side of the Neo-Westavian Empire during the Ruisseauan Civil War. He moved back to Norway in 2022.
