History
The idea of having a chancellor was created during the TDC Empire, and was first proposed by Ibvar Singh, who decided it would be a better office than vice-president, as the shift from the TDC Union to Empire would see the office of president abolished and the throne of the kaiser established. The office was carried over into the Kingdom of TDC, where the office became a much more important position, taking the responsibilities of the Ministry of Propaganda, the Ministry of National Archives and Records, and the Ministry of Economic Growth and Management.
