Chancellor of the Kingdom of Castina is the head of government in the Kingdom of Castina. The Chancellor and Cabinet (consisting of ministers) are collectively accountable to the monarch, parliament, political parties and voters in the Castina. The current Castina Chancellor is Raveliss Kanaludin Shana, taking office on November 1, 2018

Power

As head of government, the prime minister is the head of the cabinet. In addition, the prime minister heads a major party and commands the majority in the Royal Commission (lower house). Therefore, the prime minister holds both legislative and executive positions. The political system in Castina is often a unity rather than a division of power. In the Royal Commission, the Chancellor directs the legislative process with the goal of enacting a legislative agenda of that political party. Within the executive framework, the prime minister appoints cabinet members and ministers, coordinates the policies and activities of all government agencies and civilian employees. The Chancellor also serves as the "face" and "voice" of the government both domestically and internationally.

At the request of the Chancellor, the monarch exercises powers, both statutory and prerogative: these include the power to dissolve parliament, appoint judicial, political, state and ecclesiastical, granting nobility and knighthood, awarding medals or other honors.
