The Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of Sovietia (Portuguese: Presidente do Presídio do Soviete Supremo de Sovietia; Cyrillic: Пресиденте до Пресíдио до Совиете Супремо де Совиетиа) is the speaker of the Supreme Soviet, largely performing ceremonial functions assigned, and head of it's Presidium, thus, main advisor to the Emperor.
