First elected president of the Aegean Federation.
He was born in 1960 in Manisa Province. After completing his primary and high school education in Manisa, he graduated from Muğla University Faculty of Business Administration. He founded his own company after military service. He worked as a freelance construction contractor. He was the President of Manisaspor between 1999 and 2001. During his presidency, Manisaspor was the first in the 2000-2001 season. He won his first presidential election in 2004.
