The Baillium Empire a micronational established on 12 February 2019 that claimed the Baily Crater on the Moon. It was started by the Founders Council consisting of four members L.A.N.D. The Baillium Empire is currently part of the Union Against Micronational War and is currently waiting acceptance into the Grand Unified Micronational.
History
While A of L.A.N.D. was attempting to contact Africa he decided that it was better to start his own nation, which led to the beginnings of The Baillium Empire. Initially L.A.N.D. (Also known as the founders council) had decided to claim Namibia and the City of Miami but instead decided to claim the Bailly crater on the Moon. This is what lead L to name the Micronation the Baillium Empire, after the Bailly Crater. A constitutional convention was held on 2 February 2019 to discuss the government and structure of the Baillium empire after careful deliberation the Constitution of the Baillium Empire was written and ratified on 12 February 2019.
