Balkan Union - Membership requests

ARTICLE I

The micronation that wishes to join the organisation as a full member must have more than a 50% of a territory situated in the Balkan Penninsula.

ARTICLE II

The micronation that wishes to join the organisation cannot declare war on another micronation that is member state of Balkan Union. If this requirement is violated, Article VIII (Law page) takes place.

ARTICLE III

If micronation that wishes to join the organisation violated human rights in any form (Religion, race, et cetera) in the past, it cannot apply for membership.

ARTICLE IV

The micronation that wishes to join the organisation must be secessionist, simulationist micronations cannot be accepted.

ARTICLE V

The micronation that wishes to join the organisation as an observer can be a nation not situated in Balkan if wants to help organisation. Otherwise, requirements are the same as for a full member (ARTICLE I).
