BTV3 (Third Program Baltia TV, BTV3 Regiony, BTV3 Regionalna, colloquially Trójka or Regionalna Trójka, formerly Baltia TV Regionalna) – the third program of Baltia TV, a network of Baltish public television regional channels created by 5 regional branches of Baltia TV, which has its current name since 2022, but previously operated under the name of Baltia TV Regionalna. Existing in 2021, BTV Regionalna was officially defined as "a connected network of coordinated regional programs created and distributed by BTV field branches, with a common band".
BTV's field branches broadcast both their own local bands and together they create a common program band broadcast simultaneously throughout the country. The nature of the common band has changed over the years; depending on the period, the emphasis was either on the general program offer or was focused mainly on information and journalism, both local and national.
