Attolia, officially the Attolian Federal Republic and formerly known as the Republic of Attolia, was a federal republic that is quite large. Located in North America. It consists of 10 provinces that are united. Attolia was founded on 23 February 2017, when Sebbe and his buddies decided to go on a conquest. On 29 August 2017, Attolia was officially born with what is Texas and Oklahoma.
Attolia is a Federal Republic consisting of the Executive Branch, Legislative Branch and the Judicial Branch. Elections on a federal level happens every 4 months and inauguration happens a week after election day. Every Senator and Representative represents their province and the President is chosen by the provinces. Provinces are entitled to x amount of votes based on how many members are there, and activity.
Etymology
The name comes from the two books "Queen of Attolia" and "King of Attolia"
History
Attolia has been quiet and isolated for years since it was first formed. Under that time Attolia was arming itself for the world that they will have to deal with.
Attolia decided to open up in September of 2022 when it made an unofficial alliance with Republic of Onyxclan and People's Communist Republic of Bytiye. On October 2nd Onyxclan and its dominions ceased to exist. As a result, Attolian Federal Republic sent in troops to occupy what used to be Republic of Wolfclan, Republic of Onyxclan and the United States of Rabon. The next day Attolia and Bytiye had formed the Union of Attolia-Bytiye. The both leaders agreed that Attolia will remain a free society and that both Attolia and Bytiye has the option to leave the Union at any time. The first days of the Union was dealing with a territorial dispute on the Florida panhandle. It was resolved later on with Bytiye receiving the Province of Missouri that had been integrated into Attolia a day prior.
On October 7th Attolia established close ties with Rudharta.
Ever since the Floridian Annexation, there has been critique from the former leaders of Wolfclan, Onyxclan and Rabon while others in it has been supportive of the annexation. There was a referendum on Florida's future to choose independence or stay in Attolia permanently. On October 15th 2022 the votes came in with majority of the people choosing to stay in Attolia. On October 22nd the former leaders of Wolfclan, Onyxclan and Rabon tried to stage a coup in Florida to restore their former borders, claiming to be the legitimate government. In response the Republic of Rudharta set up a poll asking who was legitimate. The poll ended the next day with 7-0 siding with Attolia, among them were Rudharta, and Bytiye. By then the revolt had been crushed by Attolian loyalists and the Florida National Guard. The whereabouts of the former leaders of Wolfclan, Onyxclan and Rabon are still currently claiming the Floridian Peninsula to this day. While tensions has been high recently, Attolia and the people of Florida has been living more peacefully, day after day. On 30 October, the President ordered the removal of 80% of its forces out of the Floridian peninsula as activity quieted down. on 30 October Attolia President Sebbe met with Florida newly elected Governor Aljoot met in Fort Lauderdale to discuss Florida's security. After 2 hours of discussion an agreement had been reached, where as Attolia would oversee Florida's full recovery and integration to Attolia.
As of 30 October 2022, 96% of the Attolian People supports Florida, and 89% of the people of Florida supports Attolian ownership of Florida.

Politics and government
Executive Branch
The Presient serves a 4 month term that can be renewed 2 times with a total of 12 months. The provinces decide a President, which means there's not always a 50% national majority. Each province are entitled to 2 (1 Senator + 1 Rep) votes guaranteed, while it will increase later on based on member + activity. Every province vote - 1 represents the amount of Representatives in each province.
Controlled by the President. With Executive Power, the President can appoint ministers, Supreme Court Judges (Needs Senate approval), Circuit Judges, appoint a VP once vacant (Needs Senate approval), can declare war (Need both Houses approval), veto legislative bills and enforce executive orders.
Legislative Branch
Consisting of the House of Representatives and the Senate. Each province is entitled with 1 Senator, while the being entitled to as many representatives as their province can handle based on a member count and activity.
Both houses has different tasks, like the House of Representatives can start an impeachment on a sitting President, while the Senate has the power to confirm Presidential appointees to the VP office or the Supreme Court. Both houses needs the other house's approval on any Amendments created, and the President's signature. Along with that both houses need to approve a declaration of war request from the President.
Judicial Branch
Consisting of the Supreme Court and Circuit Courts.
The Supreme Court consisting of 3 Judges has the power to overturn presidential executive orders who they deem unconstituional. It also has a final say on cases surrounding laws.
The Circuit Courts consists of 5 courts. Focuses on serious crimes on the federal level and appeals of convincts from province courts.
Foreign relations
As of October 24th 2022, it only recognizes and has close ties with Republic of Rudharta and People's Communist Republic of Bytiye. Attolia doesn't intend to join a international community anytime soon.
Military
Consisting of the Attolian Armed forces and the Attolian National Guard. It's top priority is the national security, as to why the military spending is around AA$230 Billion. The President is also the commander-in-chief of the Armed forces.
Geography and climate
Attolia consists of Tropical, Subtropical and continental climates with the possibillity of snow in the north and warm and dry in the south during Winter, and very hot summers in the west.
Attolia is also covered by swamp lands in the deep south, mountains in the upper south, and small parts of the deep south. Along with the mountains in the west and open plains.
Economy
Attolia uses the Attolian and the US dollar as a form of official currency.
Attolia has a total GDP of around AA$5 Trillion.
There are currently no private owned businesses in Attolia, but the encouragement is high to do so.
Late 2022 or early 2023, Attolia will launch the New York Stock Exchange bot, where citizens of Attolia will be able to buy and sell stocks.
Culture and media
Attolia has no official languages, but is majority English spoken. Attolia stands by the Freedom of the press, which means anyone in Attolia can become a reporter, with no government involvment.
Midsummer, Thanksgiving, Veterans day, Christmas eve & day and New Years Are Federal holidays and the branches of government will be taking those days off.
