The Republic of Astropolis was a micronation founded in 2019.
Etymology
The name Astropolis was a combination of the greek words "astro" and "polis," meaning "city of stars."
History
Independence from the U.S.A.
On April 1, 2019, Astropolis was created as a constitution monarchy by Roberto Martinez, also known as Astral. A constitution was finished a month later and parliament members were elected.
Transition into a Republic
After inactivity, the Second Kingdom started transitioning into a republic.
