Arstotzkans or Arstotzkan (ˈɑː͡ɹstɑːtskənz / ˈɑː͡ɹstɑːtskən) are the citizens or people who are associated with the Arstotzkan Union, who share a devotion to the culture and aspects of an Arstotzkan identity. Many different ethnicities are a part of the make up the Arstotzkan people, however the largest group would be Americans, although with the question over continued sovereignty over the Severoamerikansky territory being an issue in the Arstotzkan Federal Government the main active and group most associated with being Arstotzkans are New Zealand Europeans / Pākehā.
Arstotzkan citizenship law grant anyone who lives in a federal territory of the Arstotzkan Union the status of resident of which is considered to be similar to a citizen and so anyone who lives in a federal territory is counted as a citizen of the Arstotzkan Union which explains the large population for a micronation.
Many Arstotzkans originate from New Zealand with all Arstotzkan citizens being from New Zealand with the United States having the largest Arstotzkan resident population.
