The Arstotzkan Executive War Council is the top council in the Arstotzkan High Command. Its duty to prevent wars and advise People's Armed Forces Command (PAFC) and the Arstotzkan Public Safety and Protection Service (APSPS). They are also known to be one of the top councils when it comes to decisions regarding matters of National Security. They have the right to overrule and halt a direction from the First President or any officer in the People's Armed Forces of the Arstotzkan Union.
