The 2019 Blake flag referendum, as written in Ikonian documents, was a referendum to change the flag of the Dominion of Blake. Held in the previous state of Westside, it is the only referendum to not be held in Ikonia directly. After the vote, Abrams I officially declared the three-striped flag of white, green, and black the national flag of the Dominion.
The referendum had consisted of five votes, in which all five votes were valid. It is the only referendum in Ikonian history to receive all positive votes.
