The Sport Merit Medal is the only decoration conferred exclusively for athletic merit in the Kingdom of Egemonica.
It has been entitled to the greatest athlete of Egemonica, the Baron, World Champion in the Snipe class, Lorenzo Podestà.
The medal as been conferred to:

Great Duke Fernando Lorenzo Tommaso Ageno, water polo player, for his sport dedication.
