The Zephyrian Royal Estate is a euopean styled home that was re-built in 2008 with the cornation of King Gauger II of the Democratic Monarchy of Zephyrila. The Estate features a brick exterior with limestone trim, with large windows and grand european styling. It has 4 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, an office, a full gym, movie theatre, a billards room, a pub, full library and backs up to Shipwreck Lake. The Royal family, including the King works and lives on the estate. The estate is heavily-gaurded by The Zephyrian Royal Gaurd 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It features tours every weekend. The basement was specially designed for the King to work in, with the windows and doors from the basement being bulletproof. The Estate is valued at $9.1 million dollars and is around 10,035 square feet, and is located in Zephyr D.M.
