This is a guide that the Yindenese Court System must follow.

Crimes

This is a list of crimes people can be charged with.

Contempt of Court

Meaning

The act of being disobedient to or disrespectful toward a court of law and its officers in the form of behavior that opposes or defies the authority, justice, and dignity of the court.

Punishment

  • $10–500 fine
  • No more than 6 months in city jail (must be where the city where the guilty party lives) or Yindenese Federal Dungeon (if the guilty party is a foreigner)

Obstruction of Traffic

Meaning

The act of driving slower than the speed limit.

Punishment

Same as speeding.

Perjury

Meaning

The act of willfully giving out false information (aka, lying) under oath.

Punishment

  • $100–1,000 fine
  • 4–6 years in city jail (it must be where the city where the guilty party lives)

Speeding

Meaning

The act of driving a vehicle faster than the speed limit.

Punishment

  • $10–50 fine

Treason

Meaning

The act of betraying one's country.

What constitutes treason
  • Murdering or attempting to murder a person of authority.
  • Violating the constitution
  • Violating human rights
  • Attempting to overthrow the government
  • Committing any federal offense

Punishment

  • $5,000+ fine
  • At least 20 years in federal prison or Temporary ban from the country

And in most severe cases:

  • Permanent ban from the country
