The Sopian Worker's Party (Sopian Partit Ovrél Sopés) is a social-democratic and syndicalist political party in the Kingdom of Sopia, it was the biggest political party in the Sopian Parliament and the last prime minister of Sopia, Nege Corio, was the leader of the party.

History

The party began as a trade union, the General Union of Sopian Workers (Sopian Unión Generela dos Ovrerïs Sopesos), founded by war veteran Nicolái Rodrieç in June 2020, the union gained popularity in the months preceding the founding of the Sopian Parliament. On February next year, the King declared the absolute monarchy abolished and allowed the creation of political parties, the Worker's Party was the first party in Sopia, founded the 7th of February 2021. At first, the party held republican and marxist ideals, but after reading the communist manifesto for the first time, founder and president Nicolái Rodrieç decided that marxism was bad and switched to a moderate and more conservative social-democratic ideology. A radical marxist part of the party left the party led by Corà Llebajes in 2023 and founded the Sopian Communist Party in response to the continous collaboration of the Worker's Party and the National Party.

The party was dissolved in May 2022 along with its country, but revived in the revival of Sopia and it's currently a party at the royal corts of Sopia.
