Beginning of Westvaria
The Westvarian Peoples Republic was founded on May 1, 2022, within the state of Kansas. The founder and leader of Westvaria is Hudson Jacobs, who was inspired by the Republic of Molossia in Dayton, Nevada. Westvaria initially was founded as a Soviet Socialist Republic, but the nation soon fell into chaos after introducing the currency called Geld. Geld initially was harmless but after the masses began disagreeing on who got Geld and how much it sparked a civil war between the “United Westwood Federation” and the Westvarian Soviet Socialist Republic. The civil war started with skirmishes between the two sides leading into the near capture of Jacobia. But the next day the two sides came to agreement to hold an election to decide the victor. The election was forfeited to Hudson Jacobs after a 50/50 in the election and Westvaria officially annexed the territories of Westwood with minor resistance. Later days after considerations were made to leave the Soviet Union, and through a referendum it was decided to become the Westvarian Peoples Republic.
Westvarian Expansionism
After the Westvarian Civil War, Westvaria seceded from the Soviet Union. The Westvarian People's Army began a brutal invasion of the United States, annexing areas of the local school. The invasion of the USA was not resisted as the President, Joe Biden, was not told of the invasion to send the national guard. The war is still happening and as of yet has not had any casualties except for the Westvarian Flag which was damaged after being thrown off of a newly captured tree house, but later repaired.
Diplomacy
The WPR for a while has declared a state of neutrality in the realm of online Micronational politics, as the President Jacobs put it: "Westvaria knows many micronations it would consider allies, leading ones being New Orchard, and two other small micronations"
Westvaria as of Sep 19 2022 has had a rivalry and an all out war with the Nation of Befrena, lead by two classmates of President Jacobs.
Westvaria is currently at war with other nations, such as TechnoLand, run by TechnoDot. TechnoDot was previously the head IT officer of Westvaria, but he defected and declared a new nation after Hudson did not offer him enough Geld.
Politics
Westvaria's old ruling party was the Labour party, that was until the merge of the Communist and Labour Partys creating the working party. And eventually the Workers party was the sole party of Westvaria after the 2nd Westvaria Civil war and the declaration of Marshal Law. The 2nd largest party was once the Federal Party, But after the Federal Party declared a civil war and was banned in the Westvarian Peoples Republic along with most other parties.
The 2nd Westvarian Civil War
After the political destabalization period of Westvaria and a large amount of conflicting ideals between the Federal and Workers parties the Federal Party declared an independent state and retrun of the United Westvarian Federatiojn. The Civil War is still ongoing and it is still undeceive.
