History

The Western Pacific Congress was a gathering of 110 voting members (100 representatives and 10 senators) from 10 states. On May 31st, 2023, the first Congressional session started and adopted the first Congress Declaration Act of 2007.

There are a total of 3 eras of Congress, the formation era, the near-dissolution era and the Confederacy era.

The formation era (2007-2010)

The first Congress began with all 110 members (all of whom are the Administration). Throughout most of the time, many congressmans are powerless to the President due to the power limits in the Consitution. Not much information about this era was found due to it hasn't been archived and forgotten by history.

The near dissolution era (2010-2016)

After the 2010 Presidential election (or the six-year Government referedum election), Congress was practically a empty shell of unqualified politician who lived on a very low salary provided by the Department of Treasury. Congress attempted to be dissolved or disbanded, but the Supreme Court ruled out that they can't be disbanded sue to the limits by the Constitution.
