Vedistan is a micronation, and Hindu Nationalist Movement based in India. This micronation was founded by Harshvardhan after the dissolution of Rajputistan. It is a new reformed state. Though not officially successor state, it recognized all the intermicronational friendship/alliance/diplomacy treaties of Rajputistan. Vedistan's population makes it one of the most populous micronations. There is a 100% Literacy rate. All Vedics knows both Hindi and English. Government plans to make Sanskrit it's main language eventually, though currently only 4 people in the nation know it.

Etymology

Vedistan is derived from a Sanskrit word- 'Ved' which means the supreme knowledge and a Hindustani word- Stan which means land (for the use of country or nation). So it means the the land of supreme knowledge'. Long name is Empire of Vedistan.

History

Vedistan was founded by many former Rajputistan citizens in 2011.

Part in Hindu nationalism

It has a role in Hindu Nationalism, as it is only nation where the Hindu population is more than 98%. It is the only nation based on Vedic philosophy. It is the only nation based on National Utopia, the governance system of Ancient Hindus. It is also inspired by the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh movement. As previous2 generations of samrath are in RSS.

Establishment

It was founded on 16th of Jan when Samrath officially dissolved Rajputistan due to various problems. The new nation with revised motives was build.

Politics

Politics of Vedistan is handled by the Samrath and ministers. Among the 15 ministers, 13 are selected by the Samrath. 2, Minister of IT and Minister of Science and Technology is selected by an examination. Bureaucracy, Monarchy, Capitalism and Socialism works together to maintain a real Utopia.

The Samrath

Samrath is the Absolute Monarch as is both head of the government and head of the state. No law can be passed without his will.

Durbar

It is the senate of the nation. Head of the Durbar is the Samrath. Deputy Samrath and Prime Minister are prime advisors of the Samrath. They help him by giving advice on almost all the topics in the Durbar. Positions of Prime Minister and Deputy Samrath are also equal. Ministers of different fields assists Samrath by giving advice in there fields.

Passing of a law

Before pass of any law it has to be shown in the Durbar as a bill. Samrath discuss with the other ministers about that bill. If Samrath like that bill then it could be passing and can become law.

Bill Shown by a minister

A minister can directly introduce the bill to the Durbar. It is discussed and if liked by the Samrath, passed.

Bill Shown by a ordinary citizen

A common citizen can introduce a bill if he wants. For that he has to submit the bill to a minister. If minister like that bill, he will introduce it to the durbar.

Samrath's Unlimited powers

Samrath has unlimited power in passing of a law. If he likes some law, he may pass it with a discussion. Or if he likes to discuss, he would. Everything depends on his will.

Vijay Nandwani

Vijay Nandwani is the President of VETSA [ Vedistan Extra Terrestrial and Space Association]. He is  also Second-in Command of Navy of Vedistan. He is also Education, IT and Internal affair minister of Vedistan Empire.

Military

Defense Minister General Abhishek Meena is the 2-in command of army and chief adviser of Samrath in military matters. Harshvardhan, Samrath of Vedistan is the supreme commander of the Military. Vedistan Armed Force is made by 20 people including Samrath and Defense Minister.

Demographics

129 out of 131 are Hindus. 1 is Muslim and 1 is Christian. Mohammed Tariq, the only Muslim of the Vedistan is Minister of Finance. However, Christian population is more interested in IT. Genetically all are Indo-Aryan except one- Ashley who is Irish. Literacy rate is 100%. Every body can read and write in English. 130 people can read and write in Hindi. 78 people can read and write in Brahmi.

Culture

Vedistan culture is little different from current Indian Hindu system. It follows the original Vedic norms. Cast hierarchy is totally eliminated. Superstitions are strongly discouraged both by the people and the government. People are of scientific temperament though Atheist population is 0.

Flag

Flag is designed by Harshvardhan, while coat of arms was found searching on Google Images.

Design of the Flag

In left you can see a yellow image, which looks like mixture of Latin 'h' and 'f'. It is the symbol of National Utopia, and is most certainly not a swastika. It is also designed by the Samrath. Saffron stripe is the symbol of Hinduism. White is the symbol of peace and prosperity. Yellow stripe revels the government type(As National Utopians are called Yellows) and tells that can be aggressive when needed.

Anthem

Vande Mataram is the national anthem of Vedistan. It was originally composed by Bankim Chandra in his novel Anandmath which describes the rebellion of Hindu Sadhus against British rule. It is the most patriotic song of India. Unfortunately, some Muslims claimed that it is were against the Islam as it promotes pooja. So today, it is the National Song of India- but unfortunately only 4 among the 22 lines. But Vedistan promotes the full length Vande Mataram as it is the original song which made the death of British Empire from South-East Asia easy.
